An Evolving Story

Founded in 2001, PGM Real Estate was founded by two partners looking to buy investment properties throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Their goal was to create passive incomes and increase community development by acquiring multi-family residential investments. As PGM's portfolio grew, so did the need for effective property management, reliable maintenance personnel, and construction specialists.  In an effort to achieve the necessary volume to employ these skilled trades combined with a boom in the management industry, PGM Property Management was formed and quickly grew to be a leader and innovator in the property management community.  Specializing in scattered off-site management, PGM's influence has spread across the eastern seaboard and continues it's innovative approach with full-automated streamlined processes, paperless systems, mobile apps, social media and more. Current office locations are in West Chester, PA. Phoenixville, PA. and Ft. Lauderdale. FL.

Founded in 2001, PGM Construction division was developed to create quality construction services from routine property maintenance to complete rehabs for investors.  Starting with a small of crew of two service men, PGM construction has grew to 12 full-time crew members, a demo and cleaning crew, and several skilled tradesmen including an electrician, plumber, and HVAC specialist.  Quality, honest work is the principle that has allowed this company to grow to what it is today. In addition to our everyday staff, we have built a credible network of specialty contractors and vendors to adequately service our management and investor clients.
